An exterior that feels like a welcome

There’s a certain kind of doorway that doesn’t just open—it invites. Number 75 does exactly that. The warm yellow façade catches the afternoon light like a held breath, and the bright green door stands confidently at its centre, a small declaration of personality in a quiet street. Above it, the peach‑trimmed window feels almost like an eyebrow raised in gentle curiosity.
But it’s the roses that tell the real story.
Two climbing vines, each anchored in their concrete pots, reach upward with a kind of hopeful determination. Their red blooms soften the geometry of brick and stone, turning the entrance into something more than functional. It becomes a threshold of mood—half garden, half architecture, entirely charm.
You can imagine someone stepping out with a cup of tea, brushing a hand across the petals on their way. Or returning home after a long day, greeted not by silence but by colour, by life, by the small insistence of beauty.
Some houses feel lived in. This one feels loved.
